Role & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face).
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications .
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment data.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency)

Preferred candidate profile:
5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple open positions Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills
