Role & responsibilities
Triaging, organizing, and tracking DSATs and Bugs reported by users and auditors .
Solid familiarity with excel and outlook.
Need to have basic understanding of RAI space, preferred to have prior experience, else can also be trained ,
The candidate must have a solid sense of ownership and attention to details.
Follow instructions carefully and timely completion of work items and following SLAs
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in tracking feedback/bug reporting system to identify freshly reported DSATs/Bugs.
Resolve using standard procedure for easy bugs.
