Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a quick, skilled manner.
Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to clients to check satisfaction, share updates, and introduce current services.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
