About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations (PR) person to manage media relations, strengthen brand visibility and support external communications. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute PR and communication strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media specialists and industry influencers.
Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, announcements and company profiles.
Coordinate interviews, press meetings, events and media interactions.
Identify relevant media and branding opportunities.
Monitor media coverage and maintain regular PR reports.
Track industry trends, competitor activities and relevant news.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
Support reputation management and crisis communication activities.
Maintain and regularly update the media contact database.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations,



Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
1 year of experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Fluency in English and Hindi
Solid relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
Experience drafting press releases and pitching stories to the media.
Good knowledge of digital media, social media and current affairs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.

Preferred Skills
Existing relationships with journalists or media professionals.
Experience working with a PR agency, startup or technology company.
Basic knowledge of media monitoring and PR reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
