We are hiring a CRM Senior Executive (Full time, On-role) to manage customer relationships from booking to handover for our real estate projects at Sarjapur, Bangalore. The role requires robust coordination, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Manage customers from booking till possession
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
Prepare demand letters, receipts, statements, and agreements
Track payment schedules and follow up with customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Coordinate registrations, handovers, and documentation
Prepare MIS reports for management

Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA preferred
3 7 years of CRM experience in real estate
Knowledge of booking, registration handover process
Robust communication and coordination skills
