Research Analyst Managerial Role

We are looking for a SEBI-qualified Research Analyst with solid managerial and leadership skills who can handle stock market research along with key business and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and supervise research in Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;).
Manage and coordinate the research team and day-to-day activities.
Work closely with senior management in business and operational decision-making.
Take ownership of projects and ensure their timely execution.
Handle SEBI RA-related regulatory and compliance responsibilities as required.
Take ownership of additional managerial and business responsibilities when required.

Requirements
Valid NISM Research Analyst Certification – Mandatory.
Qualification as prescribed under applicable SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.
Robust knowledge of the Indian stock market, Equity and F&O;.
Solid managerial, leadership and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to independently take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities.
