We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Analyst with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically in Payment Posting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience posting insurance and patient payments, interpreting EOBs/ERAs, identifying payment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Post insurance and patient payments accurately using ERA/EOB documents.
Process payment adjustments, write-offs, and reconciliations.
Review EOBs and ERAs to validate payment accuracy.
Identify underpayments, denials, and payment discrepancies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the AR/Denial Management team.
Perform daily payment reconciliation and maintain financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and internal quality standards.
Maintain productivity and quality metrics as per SLA.
Prepare Excel-based reports and analyze payment trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment posting issues and support claim reprocessing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with medical billing software and RCM platforms.
Knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, and Medical Coding is an added advantage.
