Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
Understand patient concerns and provide basic information about SkinGloRas skin and hair consultations and treatments.
Follow up with leads and convert genuine enquiries into appointments.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments.
Explain consultation procedures, treatment information and clinic offers as provided by the medical team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and patients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and appointments.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team regarding patient requirements.
Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and appointment conversion targets.
Ensure a positive and qualified patient experience throughout the communication process.

Preferred candidate profile

Positive communication skills, confident personality, empathetic approach, and fluency in English + Telugu/Hindi.
