Role & responsibilities
Handle legal matters, litigation, notices, agreements & documentation.
Manage recovery of outstanding dues from customers, dealers & other parties.
Coordinate with advocates, courts & government authorities.
Draft & review contracts, agreements and legal notices.
Handle civil, commercial, contractual & recovery matters.
Ensure legal compliance and provide legal support to management.
Preferred candidate profile
LLB / LLM with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Robust knowledge of legal, recovery & litigation matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
Experience in Manufacturing / Agro Food / FMCG / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
