Position Description
Position Title: EventExecutive
Reports To: Head of Future Student Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality events (fairs,roadshows, webinars, campus activities) that support brand and recruitmentoutcomes. Manage logistics, vendor SLAs, risk controls, and post-event ROIreporting.
Accountabilities
Develop event plans andrun-of-show documents; coordinate venues, AV, registration systems, signage,and staffing.
Procure and manage vendors;track SLAs, delivery schedules, and in office QA; reconcile invoices withFinance.
Ensure brand-compliantenvironments and collateral; prepare briefing packs for speakers and staff.
Implement contingency plans(power/AV failure, weather, crowd management); maintain incident logs anddebriefs.
Deliver post-event reports(attendance, leads, costs, ROI); propose improvements and standard operatingprocedures.

SkillExperience
Bachelors degree; 3+ years inevents operations.
Solid organisational, vendorcoordination, and in office problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and workflexible hours during peak periods.
