Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure proper handling of inventory, and maintain accurate stock records. The candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and ensure that products are properly received, stored, counted, and dispatched.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff.
Ensure proper receiving, checking, sorting, and storage of incoming products.
Maintain accurate physical stock of all warehouse products.
Ensure all stock movement in and out of the warehouse is properly recorded.
Assist in updating inventory records on Odoo.
Maintain and update Excel stock records.
Check physical stock against Odoo/Excel records and report discrepancies.
Ensure products are properly labelled, organized, and stored for easy identification.
Supervise loading and unloading of goods.
Check outgoing goods against orders before dispatch.




Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Coordinate with the office, sales, and dispatch teams regarding product availability and requirements.
Conduct regular stock counting and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Ensure warehouse staff follow proper procedures for handling and storing products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of Odoo or willingness to learn it.
Valuable understanding of stock handling and inventory management.
Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple types and quantities of products.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
