Own and manage your section.
Prepare and serve food with consistency and quality.
Complete daily mise en place.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
Minimize waste and control portioning.
Monitor stock and report shortages.
Follow recipes, standards, and chef instructions.
Ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Leave your section clean and organized at the end of every shift.
Accountability
You are responsible for the quality, cleanliness, organization, and performance of your section.
