Job Description:

Atomone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations in our Press Shop and Sheet Metal division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production operations in the Press Shop and Sheet Metal department.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.

Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.





Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Design departments for smooth operations.

Develop and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.

Train and motivate the production team for better performance and skill development.

Maintain records of production reports, material usage, and process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Robust knowledge of press shop operations and sheet metal fabrication processes.

Expertise in production planning, manpower handling, and shop floor management.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
