Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing to offer closure.
Work extensively with Implementation clients/SIs, understanding their project requirements, skill needs, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, project experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
Coordinate with Account Managers to understand open requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
Maintain solid candidate pipelines for frequently hired technologies and skill sets.
Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers,



candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, market conditions, and candidate availability.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Solid experience working with Implementation Clients / System Integrators (SIs).
Proven experience recruiting for IT implementation projects and contract/contract-to-hire requirements.
Positive understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, hiring process, and employment types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
