Role Overview
Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM across SAP landscapes.
Focus on SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite).
Responsibilities include monitoring processes, troubleshooting incidents, supporting deployments, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle and service operations.
Onboard SAP BTP subaccounts and cloud solutions.
Monitor business processes, integrations, jobs, and exceptions.
Set up alerts, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
Support test management, requirements, and project management.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Basis, Development, and Functional teams.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance.
Provide end-user support and training.

Must-Have Skills
SAP Cloud ALM implementation & support.
SAP BTP administration & monitoring.
Business Process & Health Monitoring.




Incident troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
SAP S/4HANA and cloud integration experience.
ITIL processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture & Governance.
Experience in SAP BTP innovation projects.
SAP Cloud ALM certification.
SAP Integration Suite (iFlows, APIs).

Interfaces
Collaborates with requirements engineers, business analysts, incident/problem managers, release/change managers, and test engineers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3–6 years of SAP experience, with exposure to SAP Cloud ALM and BTP.
Hands-on with SAP Integration Suite monitoring.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management.
Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
