Safety Officer Construction Projects

Experience: 25 Years | Entry to Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety compliance at construction project sites.
Handle safety documentation Work Permits, Method Statements, JSA, HIRA, OHSAS/ISO documents, etc.
Conduct TBTs, safety inductions, inspections and safety audits.
Supervise and guide construction workers on protected work practices.
Coordinate with contractors and project teams on safety matters.
Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Assist in basic site HR activities, including worker attendance, discipline and coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:
Must have hands-on construction safety experience.
Industrial project experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of safety procedures and documentation.
Good communication and worker-handling skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel.
