Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to handle residential real estate sales, generate business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and drive property sales.
Handle client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure smooth closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for better customer experience.
Requirements:
1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Primary Sales preferred).
Solid communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
