Job Description - General Manager - Web Platforms & Automation
Manage and oversee a portfolio of websites and web platforms.
Lead technical teams, freelancers, agencies, and technology partners.
Define and drive technology strategy, platform architecture, and operational best practices.
Establish AI-assisted development workflows and productivity systems.
Design and implement marketing process automation using AI, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
Build and optimize development environments, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational systems.
Drive automation across SEO, AIO, AEO, GEO, content, analytics, lead generation, and 0reporting workflows.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and business teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements
15+ years of experience in web technologies, digital platforms, or technology operations.
Proven experience managing multiple websites, web platforms,



or digital assets.
Solid understanding of contemporary web technologies, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms.
Experience building automation workflows, AI agents, integrations, and business process automation systems.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment workflows, monitoring, security, and operational best practices.
Experience integrating CRM, analytics, marketing, content, and third-party platforms through APIs and automation.
Working knowledge of SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content discovery, and AI-driven search ecosystems.
Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
