About the Role:

Chalo is looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through impactful visuals. You'll work on digital and print design and also our partner organisations, creating designs that showcase how technology is transforming public bus travel in India.

What You’ll Do
Design creative assets for social media, infographics, and videos that reflect Chalo’s brand voice and purpose.
Create print collaterals such as bus posters, event banners, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with content and city teams to deliver designs that are both visually engaging and purposeful.
Execute and adapt creative ideas across platforms with attention to detail and consistency.

What We’re Looking For




Robust command over Photoshop and Illustrator
Video editing experience (Good to have)
Video shooting experience (Positive to have)
Knowledge of Canva or Midjourney tools (good to have)
Sharp attention to detail and design accuracy
Creative problem-solver with a curious, design-first mindset
Quick learner who enjoys collaboration and feedback
Understanding of design principles – layout, typography, and colour
Awareness of social media design trends and brand storytelling
