We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise all finishing works for a multistorey building. The candidate should have solid site execution skills and the ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and multiple finishing activities simultaneously.
Role & responsibilities
Manage complete finishing works including masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors/windows, waterproofing, and other related works.
Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Monitor materials, workmanship, measurements, and daily progress.
Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
Ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
