Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
Generate interest in real estate projects and effectively communicate project features, advantages, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned presales and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
Provide timely updates and reports on lead status and conversion activities

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Pune are preferred.
