What You Will Do

Elevate the Experience: Spearhead daily studio operations and streamline workflows to guarantee a flawless, premium experience for every visitor and stakeholder.
Strategize for Growth:



Design and execute forward-thinking strategic plans that boost studio performance and directly support Lixils broader business goals.
Master the Market: Keep your finger on the pulse of the luxury segment, analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to inform our product and marketing strategies.
Optimize Resources: Expertly manage studio budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are met on time and with excellence.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for professionals who blend operational savvy with a passion for premium design and building materials.
Education: Graduate and above
Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in the building materials industry, luxury retail, or design studio operations.
Industry Acumen: A deep understanding of the premium/luxury segment.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored for high-level stakeholder engagement and seamless team collaboration.

Working days - Tue-Sun - Monday off
