Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia or equivalent).

Minimum of 3 years of hands -on experience in OT and ICU settings, with demonstrated expertise in critical care management.

Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.

Solid understanding of pharmacology, especially anesthetic agents, sedatives, and analgesics.

Experience with mechanical ventilation,



hemodynamic monitoring, and management of critically ill patients.

Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

Excellent communication, decision -making, and multitasking skills under pressure.

Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to hospital protocols and standards.

Ability to work adaptable shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
