Role & responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels.
Counsel parents and students on school programmes, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
Conduct campus visits and provide effective school presentations.
Follow up with prospective parents and maintain enquiry records.
Coordinate admission tests, interactions, documentation, and fee formalities.
Maintain accurate admission data and update the school ERP.
Achieve admission targets through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Address parent queries professionally and ensure a positive admission experience.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of current students.

Preferred candidate profile




Graduate/Postgraduate with 25 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or customer relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.
Confident and skilled in handling parents and prospective students.
Strong follow-up, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
Valuable knowledge of school admission procedures and documentation.
Proficient in MS Office, email, and school ERP systems.
Well-organised with strong coordination and time-management skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi.
