Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for mobile applications.
Lead the development and management of 23 mobile products simultaneously.
Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing,

launch, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Backend, QA, UI/UX, and

DevOps teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and release management.
Ensure mobile applications deliver exceptional performance, security, scalability, and

user experience.
Define product KPIs and monitor user engagement, retention, conversion, and

business growth.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather customer insights

and translate them into product enhancements.
Partner with Leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and

market prospects.




Lead cross-functional teams and establish product management best practices.

Technical & Product Skills
Solid understanding of Native Mobile Development (Android Kotlin/Java, iOS

– Swift/Objective-C).
Robust understanding of Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter).
Mobile application architecture and best practices.
Mobile UI/UX principles and design systems.
App Store and Google Play release processes.
Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Mobile

Security.
REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
Product Roadmap Planning and Product Lifecycle Management.
Data-driven product management using analytics and user insights.
