Role & responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products/services and share basic product information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records in Excel.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Preferred candidate profile * Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Confident and polite phone conversation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales and follow-up skills will be an advantage.
