We are looking for an experienced and detail -oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, tax compliance, and effective financial controls while supporting business growth through sound financial management.
Manage day -to -day accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
File statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Maintain financial records as per accounting standards and company policies.
