Role & responsibilities

The Executive Billing & Supply Chain Management is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of finished-goods dispatch, order processing, billing, documentation, inventory coordination, and logistics for maize/fuel products. The role ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, invoices and dispatch documents are generated on time, materials are dispatched as per schedule, and all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

Preferred candidate profile

Order & Dispatch Management,

Billing & Documentation,Prepare and process sales invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required dispatch documents,

Inventory & Finished Goods Management,

Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Transporters to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track customer orders from receipt through billing and final dispatch.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, dispatches, inventory, pending orders, and vehicle status.
