Roles and Responsibilities:
End to End recruitment for BFSI industry,
Calling the candidates and explaining the job roles.
Scheduling interviews, Coordination.
Follow Up with the offered candidates.
Experience and Qualification required:
Proven experience of working in any Recruitment consultancy.
Sourcing on various job portals, Familiar with Boolean and keyword search.
Any Graduate, BMS in HR or MBA in HR or PGDM in HR.
Work Location - 5 working days, Andheri, Mumbai (Hybrid)
Pls Note: Immediate to 30 days notice period.
