Role & responsibilities

Ideal candidate:
4+ years of relevant experience can be considered.
Strong US/AMER/ EMEA onboarding experience, preferably within the last 18 months.
Hands-on experience with:
Offer letter generation
Background verification (BGV)
I-9 / employment verification
onboarding processes
Candidates with EMEA/India experience + recent US onboarding experience can also be considered.
Workday experience is preferred, but the team is open to candidates with relevant experience in SAP or Oracle if they have solid offer/BGV/onboarding experience.

Generated offer letters for US employees by using Workday/ SAP / Oracle
Managed end-to-end US/ EMEA onboarding activities from offer creation through BGV and onboarding readiness.




Initiated and validated criminal, employment and education background checks.
Reviewed BGV discrepancies and coordinated resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Supported I-9/employment verification processes for US hires.

Priority Candidate Profile

410 years HR Operations / Talent Operations experience + recent US/Americas onboarding + hands-on offer generation + BGV validation + I-9 experience + Workday.

Solid EMEA/ AMER/US onboarding experience + hands-on offer generation/BGV + valuable Workday knowledge + ability to transition to US onboarding.
