Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to focus exclusively on hiring Technical Trainers across various domains such as Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and engaging with highly skilled trainers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical trainer requirements, skills, and industry trends.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier trainers.
Utilize job portals, social media, and networking platforms to build a strong pipeline of technical trainers.
Screen and evaluate trainer profiles based on expertise, teaching ability, and industry experience.
Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, domain knowledge, and training experience.
Coordinate technical assessments, demo sessions, and final selection processes.
Negotiate contracts, compensation,



and terms of engagement with selected trainers.
Build and maintain relationships with freelance trainers, corporate trainers, and industry experts.
Stay updated with industry trends to identify and engage with the right talent.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in hiring trainers or educators.
Solid understanding of technical domains like Data Science, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, etc.
Proven ability to source, screen, and recruit trainers with hands-on industry experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various hiring tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Solid negotiation skills and experience in contract hiring.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a rapid-paced environment.
