Key Responsibilities
Identify, screen, and recruit talented Supervisors, Civil Engineers, and Contractors whenever recent projects are initiated.
Manage and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources and services.
Address and resolve operational, workforce, and project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure proactive team management and maintain high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
Take necessary steps to accelerate project execution and support timely project completion.
Conduct site visits whenever required to monitor progress, understand in office challenges, and provide necessary support.

Working Hours
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
