Responsibilities:

Core Expertise
Budgeting, forecasting performance of five years, and financial analysis.
Preparation of Deck for Board presentations and Investor queries
Expert knowledge of IndAS,IGAAP,IFRS.
Compliance requirement at IFSC and SEZ Units

Additional responsibilities would include
Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on Standalone and Consolidation basis.
Support in auditing processes by gathering data, preparing audit schedules, and liaising with auditors.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and financial regulations.

Qualifications:
CA/Semi-qualified
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
