Role & responsibilities
Process and manage orders received through various channels.
Update and maintain order-related data in SAP.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Track orders and resolve basic order-related issues.
Maintain accuracy of order and customer information.
Support day-to-day activities of the Central Order Processing Team.
Knowledge of E-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
