Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, test, and deploy robotic welding programs using software like Autocad, Catia, and Solid Works.
Collaborate with production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity through robotics.
Troubleshoot spot welding equipment issues and perform necessary maintenance.
Develop training materials for recent employees on robotic welding techniques.
Implement robotic welding solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics into existing production lines.

Job Requirements :
Proficiency in programming languages such as ABB or similar systems is essential.
Experience with spot welding equipment operation and maintenance is required.
Possess a solid understanding of robotics principles and their industrial applications.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and communicate effectively is necessary.
Familiarity with BMW robots and robotic programming concepts is preferred.
