Role & responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close current business opportunities within the B2B IT and Enterprise technology market.
Generate new leads and business opportunities through direct client engagement, networking, industry events, referrals, and market research.
Identify and target potential customers across enterprise and corporate accounts in Pune.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, Infrastructure Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Develop and manage existing enterprise accounts while identifying opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Drive recent business development by identifying customer requirements and positioning relevant IT solutions.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solution proposals.
Have a good understanding of Networking and Cybersecurity solutions and be able to communicate their business value to customers.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account management.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, forecasts, and closures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Pune region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Develop a solid network within the Pune IT ecosystem, including enterprises, system integrators, networking companies, cybersecurity companies, and OEM/channel partners.
