Hi,

We are hiring for a Risk Analyst role with one of India's leading Microfinance (NBFC) companies based in Bangalore.

Python is mandatory for this role.

Role Highlights:
Analyze loan portfolio performance and customer repayment behavior.
Monitor portfolio health using risk metrics such as PAR, vintage analysis, and roll rates.
Recommend improvements to credit policies and underwriting strategies.
Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to senior management.
Work with Python and Advanced Excel to derive business insights.

Eligibility:
Up to 8 years of experience in Risk Analytics/Risk Management within Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Financial Services.
Solid analytical skills with Python and Advanced Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Location: Bangalore
