About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for Engineering and Manufacturing clients. This role requires robust expertise in engineering hiring, stakeholder management, team leadership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale hiring programs while partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions. The role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery for Engineering and Manufacturing business verticals.
Build robust relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal leadership teams.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and critical talent requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for engineering and technical positions across multiple functions and experience levels.
Drive recruitment excellence by ensuring SLA adherence, quality of hire,



and superior candidate experience.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to consistently achieve hiring targets.
Monitor team productivity, recruitment metrics, and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage stakeholder communication through regular business reviews, hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment insights.
Analyze hiring trends, talent availability, competition, and market intelligence to recommend proactive hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and client-specific requirements.
Leverage ATS, recruitment technologies, Boolean search techniques, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes.
Support business growth through effective resource planning, operational efficiency, and financial accountability, including ownership of recruitment delivery metrics and P&L; performance.
Drive employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning within the recruitment team.
