To communicate with Co-officers for daily planning of
Repacking activity of Finished goods as per Dispatch
advise received from Marketing department and close it by
mutual discussions.
To Co-ordinate with the co-officers within the department
to ensure all documentation work is completed in time.
Communicate with Co-officers for daily issues and close it
by mutual discussions.
To report any incidents/deviations to the superiors.
To keep the superiors informed about the activities carried
out on daily basis.
Conveying the requirement of Marketing department to the

To communicate with other departments for activities

To communicate with Marketing department for resolving
timely queries, arised during the despatch activity.
To ensure timely delivery of services asked by other

To communicate with HSE Department / medical officer
for maintaining proper health of co-staff whenever
applicable.
To prepare the required Permits and get the necessary work
completed and reconcile the permits after closure of work.
To communicate with other departments HOD for any
abnormality found in routine activities.
Update the Marketing departments for their quries raised.
Training To impart timely training sessions for upgradation and
motivation and safety of the Officers through superiors to
follow the activity as required by the Company norms to
