Role & responsibilities

Automation Commissioning engineer will participate in projects commissioning activities. His role will be to carry out onsite commissioning & handover to customer. Additionally, he may have to provide post commissioning support for troubleshooting/ modification as & when required.

Responsibilities:
Independent onsite commissioning & trials.
PLC program customization as per customer/ process requirement, onsite/ inhouse.
Project Documentation
PLC, Drive, Field components configuration.
Establish Interface communication between PLC, WCS, 3rd Party system.
Errors trouble shooting & its documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of material handling field devices, sensors & electrical component.
Proficiency in PLC programming, Siemens TIA v14 & Simatic Manager v5.4 & above.
Knowledge of configuring, commissioning & troubleshooting of AC/DC VFDs/ Inverter.
Experience of commissioning & troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, etc.
Troubleshoot PLC-PLC communication.
Troubleshoot electrical & control wiring failures.
