We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience over phone calls.
Preferred candidate profile
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
