Mainframe

As a Mainframe Developer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation of recent or modified applications developed on the IBM z/OS Mainframe platform. In addition to these duties, you will also be required to provide support for applications already in production.

You will need a robust working knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM, along with familiarity with tools such as Changeman and INSYNC. Valuable communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on architecture, design, development, and code reviews for assigned applications.
Own all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications.
Drive consistent development practices, tools, and common components as a senior member of an agile team.
Mentor team members through ongoing sprints.
Communicate effectively across third parties, technical teams, and business product managers on solution design.
Develop a deep understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms within supported domains.
Enable business capabilities through innovation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
