Responsibilities
Experience in EV battery systems, BMS, CMC or PDU HW development.
Experience of BMS AFE, MCU, power supply, isolation, sensing, protection, contactor-driver, and communication circuits
EMC/ESD/transient design, isolated daisy-chain, and diagnostics
Understand and analyses the customer RFI/RFQ documents and HW requirements.
Define HV-BMS hardware requirements, architecture and specifications.
Expertise in schematic design, component selections, circuit design, simulation, layout review and guidelines etc.
HW test plan preparation and testing of sample/DUT.
Expertise worst case analysis, DFMEA, Dfm, and reliability analysis.
Solid expertise in lithium-ion battery packs and HV architectures (400V/800V).
Deep understanding of SOC, SOH, SOP, balancing and battery protection algorithms.
Experience with CMC design, cell voltage/temperature monitoring and battery diagnostics.
Expertise in PDU architecture including contactors, fuses, current sensors,
pre-charge and HVIL.
Experience in lab equipment handling, and board bring-up activities.
Proficiency with FUSA, CAN, CAN FD, UDS diagnostics, CANoe/CANalyzer.
Solid knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and system engineering.
Hands-on experience in HIL/SIL, vehicle validation and root-cause analysis.
Working knowledge of ISO 26262, DFMEA and safety concepts.
Experience leading suppliers and cross-functional technical reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
