Role Summary

n

We are seeking a Lead - Application Quality & Release management with strong experience in change management, project coordination and application testing. The role will work closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases, timely CCR closure, and smooth delivery in a regulated, enterprise workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

n
- Validate business workflows, integrations, and signoffs prior to production deployment
n
- Manage and track internal CCRs / tickets, ensuring prioritization and closure
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCR follow-ups and dependency management
n
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk escalation
n




- Lead UAT and pre-production testing activities and ensure release readiness
n
- Maintain documentation for test results, CCR status, and release approvals
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n

n
- 12–18 years of experience in release, or delivery roles, application testing, and UAT
n
- Strong experience in CCR / ticket management and cross-team coordination
n
- Proven project management exposure
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n

n

Additional Advantage

- Experience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, trading, or brokerage
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools and technologies
n
- Exposure to release management and DevOps practices
