Roles and Responsibilities:

l Ability to handle a team of 10 -15 members.

l Prepare and Monitor process reports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthly reports, etc. and send them to the management.

l Prepare progress reports for team members encourage them to achieve the sales targets and give positive feedback for any improvement.

l Monitor the performance of the team, recommending and implementing changes to the way in which the team operates to improve quality and process efficiency.

l Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.

l Ability to effectively collaborate within the team.

l Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations.

Skills Required:

l Excellent coaching skills. Robust people management and leadership skills. Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills.

l Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with solid attention to detail and accuracy.

l Excellent MIS and analytical skills
