Job Summary

The PSE should have understanding for REST APIs and should be comfortable with using API tools like Postman etc. The PSE should be able to use the Kibana tool for logs analysis and debugging. An understanding of client-service architecture, micro-service architecture is positive to have.

Responsibilities
The PSE will be responsible for triaging the Production issues filed in the Jira project and assigning appropriate priorities by taking help from the QA / relevant cross-functional teams.
The PSE may collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams for additional clarity on issues.
The PSE may have to bring in all relevant stakeholders on call to expedite the fixing of Production issues.
The PSE will have to provide status to all relevant stakeholders about the progress of the fixing status.
The PSE is involved in risk management, identifying potential issues, and communicating with all stakeholders to mitigate risks.
The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
The PSE will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, scheduling, and deployment of the Prod defects.




Robust organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for managing the complexities of release management.
Experience with version control systems, automation tools, and a solid understanding of Agile methodology is often required.
Leading and coordinating Go-Live activities, including the execution of deployment plans and checklists, ensures a successful release.
Participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss release scope and address any roadblocks is a team-oriented effort with various stakeholders.
