Required Skills & Experience
1014 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Program/Project Management.
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology programs.
Robust experience in Cloud Transformation / Cloud Migration / Cloud Infrastructure programs.
Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform:
AWS
Microsoft Azure
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience managing large, complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and application modernization.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, risk management, and governance.




Experience working with globally distributed teams and matrix organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have
PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification.
AWS / Azure / GCP certification.
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Exposure to FinOps, cloud security, DevSecOps, data platforms, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
Experience managing enterprise cloud migration or data-center transformation initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage.
