Senior Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - Recent Delhi

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Support planning, implementation and monitoring of skill development projects.
Coordinate with Government departments, training partners, industries and other stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, concept notes, presentations, policy briefs and review documents.
Track project progress against targets, timelines and deliverables.
Support development of skilling strategies, operational guidelines and implementation frameworks.
Conduct field visits and monitor training centres, institutions and project activities.
Facilitate industry partnerships, placements, apprenticeships and employer engagement activities.
Support curriculum development, assessment, certification and quality assurance processes.
Organize workshops, consultations, training programs and stakeholder meetings.
Manage MIS, data analysis, dashboards and reporting requirements.
Support capacity building of government officials, institutions and training providers.
Identify risks, implementation challenges and recommend corrective actions.

Qualification
Bachelor of Commerce
Bachelor of Business Administration
Bachelor of Computer Applications
Master of Business Administration
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Master of Commerce

Experience
Project Management (6+ years)
