We re looking for a Web3-native lead generation specialist to build a qualified B2B pipeline for Instanodes. The ideal candidate understands the blockchain ecosystem, knows where to find relevant projects and decision-makers, and can turn research into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities
Research and identify prospects across protocols, DeFi, DApps, wallets, exchanges, L2s, rollups, validators, and Web3 infrastructure companies.
Source prospects through X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, DefiLlama, Dune, RootData, CryptoRank, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap and other relevant Web3 sources.
Identify founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, DevOps teams and other relevant decision-makers.
Track funding, launches, recent chain deployments, hiring, ecosystem growth and other buying signals.
Run targeted outbound campaigns across X, LinkedIn and email.
Research each account and identify potential infrastructure requirements before outreach.
Leverage AI tools and automation for prospect research, lead enrichment, personalization, prioritization, and workflow optimization.
Qualify leads based on use case, infrastructure needs, buying intent, and potential value.




Work with Growth and BD to convert qualified leads into meetings and opportunities.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Web3 / Blockchain lead generation, outbound sales or B2B BD.
Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
Hands-on experience finding and qualifying Web3 projects and companies.
Experience with X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, and Web3 research platforms.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
Robust research and communication skills.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
