Role & responsibilities

The HR Manager owns the full human-resources function from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, policy, payroll inputs and culture. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role builds the people systems and practices that enable ANS IT India to attract, develop and retain outstanding talent as it scales.

Experience Required

5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR management role across the full HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exit.
Drive the performance management system including scorecards, reviews and the increment framework.
Develop, maintain and enforce HR policies in line with applicable labour laws.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity).
Lead talent acquisition to meet hiring plans across departments.




Build onboarding, training and employee-development programmes.
Drive employee engagement, recognition and a positive workplace culture.
Manage grievances, POSH compliance and employee relations.
Maintain accurate HR records and the HRMS.
Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning and people strategy.

Preferred candidate profile
End-to-end HR generalist expertise
Solid knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
Experience running performance-management and increment cycles
Recruitment, onboarding and employee-development capability
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills
Discretion, fairness and high integrity with confidential information
